I forgot my password

Someone else has my in-game name

That's fine. In-game names don't have to be unique on MCG, so you can still save yours. Type it exactly as it shows in your game.

If two players in one tournament share a name, MCG staff check them by their player IDs before the match.

Your MCG username is different: it must be unique. If the one you want is taken, pick one of the suggestions.

How do I join a team?

Ask your team's owner or captain for an invite link. Open it while signed in to your Cyber ID and confirm.

Each link works for a limited time and a limited number of players. If yours has expired, ask for a new one.

You can be in one team's playing lineup per game.

I'm under 18. What does my parent or guardian need to do?

You need to be at least 13. When you sign up, you give a parent or guardian's name, phone number and how they're related to you.

On 8 November, they sign the guardian form at the MCG desk before your first match. Without the signed form, you can't check in.

Your state stays hidden on your Cyber ID until you turn 18.

What should I bring on 8 November?

Your phone, with MCG open on your Cyber ID.

Your MyKad (no other ID is accepted). Staff look at it at check-in and give it back.

Your game account details, so you can sign in to your game at your station.

If you're under 18: your parent or guardian, to sign the guardian form.

Doors open at 9:00 AM. Check in during your tournament's check-in time, shown on its page.

On 8 November, the MCG help desk at the venue can sort out sign-in, teams and check-in.
